The first of two self catering neighbouring properties – Venice Street is a recently redecorated four bedroom home sleeping up to 12 people. This house offers two full bathrooms and a fully equipped new kitchen with dishwasher so is ideal for large groups.

The house is fully fenced and the tree lined section provides fantastic privacy – perfect for guests to take advantage of the expansive patio area. If booking our adjacent Venice Street property too, you may want to invite your family/friends over for some drinks and nibbles.

As with all of our properties, Venice Street is presented in immaculate condition so you can just walk in and make yourself at home during your stay.

Venice Street is the second of two neighbouring properties and offers three comfortable bedrooms and one full bathroom. This property has undergone an extensive renovation to a high standard – clean, modern and comfortable accommodation that sleeps up to eight guests. The kitchen is brand new so it is perfect for cooking that fresh fish you have caught from the South Wairarapa's rugged coastline.

Offering privacy and seclusion, this property also has a sunny outdoor patio for those weekend brunches with family and friends.

Venice Street is just minutes’ walk from “The Square” and all of its restaurants, cafés, and shops – perfect for those wanting a weekend base close to the township. The location is also ideal for those wanting to visit Martinborough’s world-class wineries! Those keen to see more of South Wairarapa’s great outdoors will be spoilt for choice – great fishing at Lake Ferry is only 20 minutes drive away.

As locals in Martinborough for many years we have a great network of contacts in and around our magic little town. We’re happy to help if you’re up for a bit of cycling to see the local sights (as many of our famous vineyards are easily reached by bike) or if you are after something a little more adventurous and energetic. We can even recommend some local trusted baby sitters if you want to spend some time without the kids (or they’re not invited to the wedding!).
